Chef Angelo Sanelli is the highly successful chef of the Michelangelo's Group of Restaurants.

Since it opened in September 1995, it has become one of Singapore’s most popular Italian restaurants. It is located along the expatriate enclave of Holland Village, adjacent to its sister restaurants Original Sin and Sistina Ristorante.

Also included as part of the restaurant stable is Zambuca Italian Restaurant and Bar at Pan Pacific Singapore.
